Vodka Riggies

Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
6 ounces prosciutto
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 quart Marinara sauce
1/2 quart heavy cream
2 ounces vodka
1/4 cup or more fresh grated parmesean cheese


Directions

Brown onion and garlic in saucepan with oil, then add Prosciutto and cook until brown.

Add vodka and cook approximately 10 minutes to remove alcohol. Add marinara sauce and simmer. Add cream and heat until warm.

Serve over penne pasta with grated parmesan.

Note: Cooking garlic over too high a heat makes it bitter, so be careful.
