Sweet Raspberry Biscuits

Ingredients

Biscuits:
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
2 Tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup butter
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup raspberry jam

Vanilla glaze:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp warm water
1/4 tsp vanilla extract


Directions

Line medium muffin cups with paper liners.

Mix baking mix, sugar and butter until crumbly.

Mix in milk until dough forms; beat 15 strokes.

Place 1 Tbsp. dough in each cup; top with 1 tsp jam. Drop remaining dough onto jam.

Bake until golden brown, 10-15 minutes.

Immediately remove from pan. Spread with Vanilla glaze while warm.

For Vanilla Glaze:
Beat powdered sugar, water, and vanilla until smooth.
