Stuffed Mushrooms

Yield: 8 mushrooms

Ingredients

8 large white mushrooms
1 stick butter
1 small onion
1 small can clams-undrained
1 small can crabmeat-undrained
bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 Tablespoon oregano
1 stalk celery
1 small onion
salt and pepper


Directions

Remove the stems of mushrooms and chop.

Cook celery and onion in butter until soft.

Add clams, crab and chopped mushroom stems just slightly, turn off heat. Add spices and enough bread crumbs to bind.

Stuff caps and top with Romano cheese.

Bake 20 minutes at 350°
