Stir Fry Beef

Ingredients

1 lb. skirt steak
6 ounces canned mushroom slices
Fresh green peppers pea pods, corn
1 small onion
soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger root
1 Tablespoon cornstarch

Hot cooked rice


Directions

Cut beef into 1 inch cubes and marinate in soy sauce.

Slice up vegetables into small pieces and cut up onion.

Add 1 tsp. oil in wok or skillet. Add cut up onions and brown.

Add meat on top of onions and briefly brown meat.

Sprinkle on cornstarch and ginger root. Stir.

Add sliced mushrooms. Place vegetables on top of mixture.

Sprinkle with soy sauce. Cover and let simmer for about three minutes.

Serve over rice.
