Sour Cream Chicken

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
2T butter
2T paprika
Pinch salt and pepper
1 cup chicken broth
1T flour
1/2 cup Sour Cream


Directions

Brown chicken and onions in butter.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and paprika. Add 1 cup broth, cook over low heat 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Check liquid to see if more is needed. Add the 1 Tablespoon flour to the sour cream.

Remove chicken, stir in sour cream mixture. Pour over chicken and serve.

Note: When adding the sour cream to do not boil, just heat.
