Smoked Salmon

Ingredients

1/4 lb. smoked salmon
1 Tablespoon chives finely chopped
6 ounces cream cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 Tablespoon horseradish
1 Tablespoon dill
capers and dill sprigs brown bread (12)


Directions

Whisk cream cheese with lemon and horseradish until light and fluffy.

Add herbs and season with fressh ground pepper. Spread on bread.

Trim smoked salmon to fit bread, cut into triangles. Garnish with twists of lemon, capers and fresh dill.
