4 cups bread crumbs
cup oil
1 Tablespoon salt
1 Tablespoon paprika
1 Tablespoon celery salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Directions
or season with onion, garlic powder, poppy seeds, dried herbs, lemon ginger, thyme, sage, poultry seasons etc. Store in tight container in refrigerator. To use: dip chicken in milk, then breadcrumbs. Bake 375 for 1 hour in shallow pan, skin side up. Can be used with pork chops.
