Scott's Cranberry Sauce

Yield: 4 cups

Ingredients

32 oz bag of cranberries
3 cups gingerale
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 diced apples
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup raisins
pinch nutmeg
1/2 cup Grand Marnier
1 orange zested


Directions

Combine ingredients in sauce pan and cook until reduced to about 4 cups.

Note: It's best if you can put the mixture through a food mill to get the cranberry skins and raisins out.
