Schusters Potato Salad
Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup vinegar
2 cups water
2 Tablespoons corn starch
5 lbs. red potatoes cooked and sliced
1 lb. bacon fried crisp
1 green onion chopped
Directions
Bring sugar, vinegar, and water to a boil, then thicken with cornstarch. Pour over potatoes and bacon and chill.
Note: Can also be served warm.
