Sausage Casserole

Ingredients

2 lbs. ground sausage
1 dozen eggs
3 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
14 slices bread


Directions

Brown sausage and drain until cool.

Beat eggs completely, then add milk, salt mustard, and bread. Stir in sausage.

Refrigerate overnight. Bake 45 minutes at 350°, let stand 15 minutes before serving.
