Sausage Puffs

Ingredients

2 lbs. bulk sausage (reduced fat works best), 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste


Directions

Preheat oven to 375°.

Mix all ingredients. Form into 1 inch balls. Bake 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown.

Note: For best results, do not pre-cook the sausage.
