Salsa Bites

Ingredients

1 8oz package cream cheese
1 3 oz pkg cream cheese softened
1/3 cup thick and chunky salsa
2 eggs
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tablespoons chopped pitted olives
1 clove garlic pressed
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon chopped green onions


Directions

preheat oven to 350. Wisk cream cheese in bowl until smooth. Whisk in salsa and eggs until well blended. Stir in cheese,chopped olives, green onion. Press garlic. Stir into cream cheese mixture. Generously spray mini muffin pans with vegetable spray. Fill muffin cups. Bake 15-18 minutes or until center is set. Let cool in pan 5 minutes. Remove and cool on wire rack. Spread tops with small amount of sour cream. Sprinkle fresh cilantro over sour cream.
