Remoulade Dressing

Ingredients
1 egg
1 lemon juiced
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup celery
1 Tablespoon horseradish
3 Tablespoons creole or whole grain mustard
3 Tablespoons yellow mustard
3 Tablespoons ketchup
salt
cayanne pepper
black pepper
1 cup olive oil
Directions
Combine egg thru parsely in a food processor with a metal blade and process until smooth. Season with salt, cayanne, and pepper. While the machine is running. Slowl add the oil, a little at a time, until thick. Reseason if needed
