Quesadillas

Yield: 2 quesadillas

Ingredients

2 tortillas
shredded Monterey Jack cheese
shredded cheddar cheese
chopped tomatoes
chopped jalapeno
bacon
cilantro


Directions

Add desired filling into half tortilla shell. Fold over shell. Coat shell lightly with butter or oil

Spray skillet with nonstick spray and let heat to medium-high, around 350°.

Place quesadilla in pan until browned, then flip over and repeat on the other side.
