Ingredients
1 cup sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
2 eggs
Directions
Heat oven to 425. Beat ingredients together with electric beater just until smooth. Overbeating will reduce volume. A few lumps don''t hurt. Pour omtp a well greased deep muffin pan or custard cup, 3/4 full. Bake until golden brown, 40 to 45 minutes. If not bakes long enough, they will collapse.
