Pineapple Layer Cake

Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix
pineapple juice
1 can crushed pineapple
1 8oz carton cool whip lite
1 package sugar free instant vanilla pudding
unsweetened applesauce

Directions

Prepare cake mix according to package directions, replacing pineapple juice for water, and unsweetened applesauce for oil.

Cool completely Frost with: combine undrained pineapple, whipped topping and pudding mix.

Let stand 5 minutes, then frost. Chill 30 minutes.
