Oven Fried Potatoes

Ingredients
8 large unpeeled baking potatoes
1/2 cup oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Cut each potato into 8 wedges. Arrange wedges, peel side down in 2 shallow baking pans. Mix remaining ingredients and brush over potatoes. Bake in pre-heated 375 oven for 45 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender, brushing occasioinally with oil mixture.
