Ingredients

8 slices bacon
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 plum tomato
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 small onion
2 cans 10oz refrigerated biscuits not grands
3 ounces Swiss cheese


Directions

preheat oven to 375 degrees. Coarsely chop bacon, tomato and onion. Grate cheese (3/4 cup) Mix all ingredients except biscuits, set aside. Separate each biscuit into 2-3 thinner biscuits, lay each biscuit over a mini muffin pan cup. Press each biscuit into cup. Fill cups with vbacon mixture. Bake 10-12 minutes golden brown.
