Microwave Lasagna

Ingredients

meat sauce
lasagna noodles
ricotta cheese
grated mozzarella
parmesan cheese

Directions

Cover bottom of 2 quart (7x12) glass baking dish with meat sauce. Layer power. Remove from ovUNCOOKED noodles in bottom of dish (3 laying lengthwise and one laying accross) Spread with ricotta cheese and cover with meat sauce, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with grated mozerella. Repeat this procedure 2 more times, but hold mozzerella on top layer for awhile. Cover with a double thickness of saran wrap, tightly, and poke holes all over top. Cook 30 minutes on high Remove from oven and take saran wrap off, carefully. Add rest of mozerella and sprinkle with parmesean cheese. Cook 5 to 7 minutes on Roast, uncovered. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
