Lemon Cookies

Ingredients

1 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons lemon extract
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder

Directions

Cream margarine and sugar, but not too much. Add eggs, mixing well, and lemon extract. Stir in flour and baking powder. Bake 450 8-10 minutes
