Lemon Cheese Pressed Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup margarine
1 3 oz package cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 egg beaten
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
Blend margarine and cream cheese. Add sugar, cream thoroughly . Add egg, lemon juice and rind; blend well. Blend flour and baking powder. Add to cream cheese mixture; mix throughly. Chill dough 30 minutes. Heat oven to 375. Force dough through cookie press on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until slightly browned. Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
