Individual Cheesecakes

Ingredients

1 box small vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling
1 lb. cream cheese
2 large eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Place a small cake liner in each cup of small muffin pan, and put a vanilla wafer in each liner. Beat cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla together until smooth and thick. Fill each cup nearly to the top with cheese mixture. Place one cherry from pie filling on top and bake in 350 oven for 17 minutes. Refrigerate when cool.

Yield: "2 dozen"
