Hungarian Shortribs

Ingredients

4 lbs. short ribs
2 Tablespoons oil
2 medium onions
1 15 oz can tomatoe sauce
1 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
6 0z medium noodles
second cup of water


Directions

Brown meat in oil, add onions, blend sauce, first cup of water, brown sugar, vinegar, salt, dry mustard and worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Stir in uncooked noodles, cook 15 to 20 minutes longer.
