Horseradish crusted salmon

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons honey dijon mustard
1 Tablespoon horseradish
1 Tablespoon olive oil
2 6z salmon fillets skinless
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 Tablespoons butter
Directions
Preheat broiler. Whisk mustard and horseradish in small bowl. Set aside. Heat oil in medium ovenproof skillet over med-high heat. Add salmon. Cook until beginning to brown, about 2 minutes per side. Spread mustard-horseradish mixture over top of salmon, dividing equally. Broil salmon in skillet until mustard-horseradish mixture begins to brown and salmon is cooked through, about 4 minutes. Transfer to plates. Add lemon juice and butter to same skillet; whisk until melted. Season sauce with salt and pepper. Spoon sauce over salmon.
