Grilled Corn

Ingredients

4 ears corn
2 Tablespoons olive oil
salt
3 Tablespoons unsalted butter
juice of one lime
1 Tablespoon coarse cracked pepper


Directions

Brush the corn with olive oil, season with salt, place on the grill until lightly golden on all sides. Heat the butter in a medium skillet and add the lime juice. Add the corn niblets and cook for one minute. Add the black pepper. For a softer corn, blanch the ears first.
