Easy Potatoes

Ingredients

potatoes
butter
Lipton onion soup

Directions

Boil potatoes in jackets, peel and slice into buttered pan; dot with chunks of butter then sprinkle onion soup over; slice more potatoes over and add more butter and more soup. Cover and bake at 325 for at least 30 minutes. Can be done ahead, and baked later.
