Deep Dish Bisquick Pizza

Ingredients

3 cups Bisquick baking mix
3/4 cup water
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic
1 15 oz can tomatoe sauce
1 can mushrooms
1/2 cup green pepper
2 cups mozzarella cheese part skim milk, shredded


Directions

Heat oven to 425°.

Lightly grease jelly roll pan, 15 x10 x1.

Mix Bisquick and water until soft dough forms. Gently smooth dough into ball on floured surface. Knead 20 times.

Pat dough on bottom and up sides of pan with floured hands. Pinch edges of rectangle forming 3/4 rim.

Cook and stir ground beef, onion, salt and garlic until brown, drain.

Mix tomato sauce and seasonings, spread over dough. Spoon beef mixture evenly over sauce.

Top with mushrooms, green pepper and cheese. Bake until crust is golden, about 20 minutes.
