Deep Dish Meat Pie

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 10oz package mixed vegetables
1 cup chopped cooked potato
1/2 lb. cubed velvetta cubed
2 Tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
1 8oz can crescent rolls


Directions

Brown meat; drain. Add onion. Combine vegetables, potatoes, and process cheese spread; mix well. Pour into 11 3/4x 7 1/2 inch baking dish. Melt margarine in saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour and salt. Gradually add water; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Pour over meat mixture. Unroll both halves of refrigerated dough into flat rectangular sheets. Fit to cover baking dish. Bake 375, 20 to 25 minutes.
